Medium bag with a top zipper closure and shoulder straps, featuring side pockets, made from thick jacquard fabric with a geometric diamond pattern in beige and taupe on a black background.

From sketch to idea

DESIGN

First, the piece is designed, defining the model, measurements, fabric type and details that will shape the final product.

Preparing the fabric

PREPARATION AND MARKING

Then the fabric is unrolled on the cutting table, the pattern is placed, and the pieces are marked directly on the textile.

Millimetre precision

CUTTING

Next, the cutting machine trims the fabric by carefully following the pattern lines.

Joining each piece

Once the pieces are cut, they are assembled with sewing machines through a careful production process.

Final review

Finally, the piece goes through quality control to detect and correct any defects before the final finish.
