Manufacturing process

From sketch to idea

Design

First, we design the piece: defining the style, measurements, fabric type, and the details that will be part of the final product.

Preparing the fabric

Preparation and marking

Next, the fabric is unrolled onto the cutting table, where the pattern is placed, and the pieces are marked directly on the material.

Millimeter precision

Cutting

Next, the cutting machine is used to cut the fabric, carefully following the marked pattern lines.

Joining each piece

Sewing

Once the pieces are cut, they are assembled using sewing machines, bringing the item together through a coordinated production process.

Final review

Quality control

Finally, the piece goes through a quality control check to spot and fix any potential flaws or imperfections before its final finish.
