Return and Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Returns that show signs of use, wear, or damage may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

To start a return, please contact us at support@delamur.com. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns (such as change of mind, color, or style), customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@delamur.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product once your return is approved.


Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days after your return is delivered for our team to inspect and process your return.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we may issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.


Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us at support@delamur.com before opening a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Our team will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.


Excessive Returns

We monitor return activity to prevent abuse of our return policy. If we detect unusual or excessive return activity, we reserve the right to refuse future returns or restrict purchases from the account.
